In order for an Amber alert to be used the following criteria must be met:

The child must be under 18 years of age.
There must be a clear indication of an abduction.
The law enforcement agency’s preliminary investigation must conclude that the child’s life is in danger.
There must be a detailed description of child, abductor and/or vehicle to broadcast to the public.
The activation must be recommended by the local law enforcement agency of jurisdiction.

I hope she returns home soon. I can only image what her parents are going through.

We published it within 30 minutes of the info being released by the SRSO. There was no amber alert; not all missing cases meet amber alert criteria. And what is above is all the info that was released.

What Is The Description Of The Young Make Driver, Is He Known To Her, A long Term Friend Or Someone Her Family Doesn’t Know (Since The Description Of The Car Was So Vague). I Hope She’s Found Safe!
