Many people have lived here in Escambia County and are charged exorbident rates by insurance companies. Some of us never made a claim and yet our insurance rates by Allstate went from $1000 to $1800+ last year. I was forced to change insurers. How many times can we do that? Sooner or later we will be forced out of insuring our homes by the cost. Many people are retired and can't afford this type of increase!
