BRAVO for the Poarch Band Creek Indians. Thanks to each and every one of you whose efforts and labors provided such a great gift to the students in your community. I am sure that good things will come from this Wonderful and much needed donation. We have such potential in our young people and to give them an advantage in this new digital age is most welcomed.
You have shown us the good that can be done for many with the involvement of your Proud Band. Thank you many times over.

Thank you PCI! As to the children taking the iPads home I would imagine they would be fr classroom use only and left at school. They are only getting 50 so I don’t think they could select just 50 students to take them home. I am very thankful for PCI’s generosity. Maybe now people will stop complaining about the PCI bus picking kids up in the afternoons, even if they are Alabama residents.

I have been waiting to hear that some group or organization to help our kids in North Escambia but no one has until the Poarch Creek stepped up. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING MY 3 BOYS ON THEIR EDUCATION!!

You are welcome, Linda and Puddin for your acknowledgement, and thank both of you for taking the time to say thanks…there should be scores of people that should acknowledge the generosity of my tribe, unfortunately there are those that have reaped the benefits of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians and they have no intention of acknowledging our generosity… Let me publicly acknowledge my tribal elders who have all passed on, and thank them, for I have been blessed with my bloodline and I continue to be blessed with many benefits because of them…

Thats really cool. Thanks to the Poarch Indians for the grant.
My concern is, who gets the ipads? How will they be accounted for, say if your fifth grader leaves it on the bus? What if one is stolen/lost? Im not sure giving kids that kind of equipment is a great idea.
