Yes, people were told to stay inside. The police were going door to door searching for the person. The SWAT team was NOT there. There were a lot of police but no SWAT. There was not one shot fired. The police found the room he was in, asked him to step outside. He stepped outside the room, was handcuffed and put in a police car. It is so unbelieveable that people will lie in a case as serious as this. Of course, that makes for better comments, right??? This really shows how people can really exaggerate things. After the initial gunfire, the complex was swarmed with SWAT and heavy artillery, and we were told to stay inside. Wow.
