THey were arrested after a rally and he had some pot. How many people do you know that have been busted for pot, around the kids, and did not lose the kids? Plenty of cases. Either there is more to this story or it seems anti government people ( you know, people who follow the Constitution) better get prepared for everything they do to be useed against them.
