The really sad part is after they book then into jail for breaking our laws we must all live by. Then you have what we know as the justice system. Our system needs a serious overhaul because repeat offenders should not be allowed back out to harm innocent people with their choices to continue to break the law and endanger people. If u continue to break the law after one arrest and the u serve time 4 2nd time well if there is a 3rd time u need to be put away for a very long time so u are not a danger to society.
