The contractor has decided to begin paving on Saturday March 16th, working through the following week which is spring break, and expect to be completed by March 24th. They will use daytime lane closures. Because they are doing it in this time frame, they will be able to pave the entire length of the job, from CR 178 to just south of Jay city limits. The paving is expected to take about 7 days to complete, and it is weather dependent. Just to add a comment for this, the paving operations have changed since this article was published.
