I somehow missed seeing what his sentence will be, but 15 years adds up. Every little bit helps. And, yes, others are hurt when people do bad things. Its all about the money. Its sad that our judicial system will allow this because its cost effective and our prison systems are over crowded. This is basically allowing criminals to do as they will, knowing they only have a small price to pay, if any. So this monster, gets away without paying child support for his son, paying his family back, who took care of him, then gets out on disability (welfare), doesn't work to pay the restitution owed and starts using drugs and stealing again, great job "system". And if you didn't notice, this incident occurred July 13, 2012 and is still ongoing- This monster has been on the streets, not locked up since the incident. I can only hope, the victims will not be so kind if they are faced with a situation like this one.---- Let you John Godwin rot in your cell.
