Sorry for the obvious factor @cygie, but if he was in state prison he would not be stealing cars now would he? We can’t just take him out back and beat some sense into them anymore now can we? Just saying. :-/

Yea he needs jail but he also needs ALOT of rehab, this drugs graba ahold of you an messes up your head people on it that juat go to prison get right back on ot when they het out, they nees rehab treatment to
