JANE it is two different things, some places allow customers to use their wifi, when they are in the place of business, I was able to shop on my Nook while waiting in the Dr.s office, for example, people can uuse lap tops at Whataburger. What this is, is politicians making money of gambling and calling it something else! Shut em down better late thannever?...................

From a different article online (Tampa Bay Online), this might help clear it up:

"Affiliate No. 87 in the Northpoint Crossing Shopping Center on Fletcher Avenue has about 50 computers encased in black cabinets lining the walls and arranged in rows in the middle of the room.

On Tuesday afternoon, a lone customer sat in front of one of the computers, clicking a mouse while images similar to Las Vegas-style video slots flashed onscreen."

So...it's not really an 'internet cafe' so much as an 'computer gambling cafe'

Perhaps i am confused, but I was under the impression that any restaurant/cafe could supply wifi for it's customers. Does this mean they want to stop letting the burger places, etc. stop having the internet available?
