Adam, the correct spelling is Pigallie, named after sculptor Jean B. Pigallie, but I like alley better, its just seems so very savoir faire. Yes I have been a few places, but that was yesterday, when I was young.

One other note. You are informing us that prostitution is legal in parts of Europe. But, the governments do not provide the resources, (facilities,beds and other needs).
Here in the good ole USA, building and operating a drag strip, in the correct zone, is perfectly legal also.

FLSTCI, you and 429SCJ should pool your money and open a drag strip. I hope y’all don’t think the taxpayers should build one. You could probably get started with maybe a million dollars or so. Insurance would run about ten grand a race. Anyway, if you think that would stop drag racing on the highway, I got some Arizona water front property to sell ya.

Adam I do not approve of prostitution, however in Europe it is regulated by LE and Health Services. You don’t see sights such as Brownsville in Saxenhausen, Pig Ally, Soho or the barges of Amsterdam.

Adam in Europe the tax revenues generated by prostitution is a cash cow for Government. Having Jons and Tricks off the street reduces street crime. The entry fees and reduced mayhem effected by a dragstrip would most likely save the taxpayers of Escambia County money. I see fewer wrecks and by drawing the Street Racer Demographic to a central location, it would be easier for LE to keep them in check.

I don’t see how you prove that the driver of the blue Acura was even there…unless someone got his tag #? And, I agree as to it’s the driver’s fault for him racing him in the first place.
