Why could this meeting not be held one hour earlier or moved to a different day? The council must know the average citizen would not be able to attend. And this just happens to be the meeting where they will hike water rates -- presumably with little or no citizens input or oversight. What else will they pull over our eyes tonight? Pay raises?
