My yard is wildlife friendly and no hunting allowed, but I also watch for things like snakes and other bad wildlife. To keep down fleas in the spring I use pellot lime. We keep tree's pruned and bird water clean. We know the deer use the yard and so do rabbits. IT IS SO GREAT TO SEE THE ANIMALS!!! I keep my yard clean and neat. Trees aren't what causes misquitos to breed. Standing water gives them a place to breed...they don't lay eggs in moving water.
