Tambo, although the ABI are state troopers, they are the investigative division of the troopers. You would need to call the Highway Patrol division. They are the traffic enforcement division of the state troopers.

As to the no charges filed, it was explained to me like this and it doesn’t bother me. If you work at Walmart, you get a discount from Walmart. If you work at McDonalds, you get a discount from McDonalds. If you work at an accounting office, you get a discount from the accountant. So if you are in law enforcement, shouldn’t you get a discount….within reason of course. I don’t have a problem with that. What idiot LEO would write another LEO a ticket today when he may need him to back him up when in a fight tomorrow. Anyone with a brain can figure that one out.

I was driveing to Mcdonalds on 113 headed into flomaton and a city police car was sitting with his car almost off the road his driver side tires where in the bike lane.this was around 10.30 pm he had no lights on at all and it was on a tues night (i mean no lights) my driver side mirrior almost clipped his or hers i flipped out because i was upon him that quick!!! so i proceeded to Mcdonalds and turned around still freaking out shaking!!I was hit by a log truck a few years ago and by the grace of God im alive today!! now you see why i was flipping out.
well to my surprise he was still sitting there!!still no lights!!!!i guess they can do what they want! but if that ever happens to me again i will call the A.B.I !!

Really??? No charges after he rear ended that other car??? If it would have been the other way around that guy would have gotten a big fat ticket!!!! Seriously….the same laws should apply to them as well!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

I experienced a ESCO vehicle running a red light as I was going through the intersection of Hwy 29 N & 9 Mile Rd. I was proceeding into the intersection as the Deputy approached the Red Light for their lane at a high rate of speed. As I was going through the intersection, I kept my eye on the Deputy as I turned Left to go west on 9 Mile Rd, because I wasn’t sure they were going to stop. As soon as I was in my lane on 9 Mile Rd, the Deputy had run the light and was passing me with no emergency lights. It was unnerving. Had I decided to change lanes, thinking it was safe, there would have been a collision.
The Deputy was obviously positioning them-self strategically for something or someone as they stopped in the median turn lane and paused for no apparent reason before hauling butt down Untriener Rd next to Home Depot.
Emergency lights should have at least been used at 9 Mile & 29 before creating a dangerous situation for the public, namely me.
