My family and I spent several times in the Ronald McDonald House. They have clean rooms to sleep in, a kitchen to prepare your meals, laundry facilities to clean your clothes, and security to protect you at night. It's nice to have a safe and secure place to stay when you are out of town. Thanks Ronald McDonald House for taking care of my family. My granddaughter was born in 2010 with pulmonary hypertension , which wasn't expected, even by the doctor. She was transferred to USA and spent 9 days there. We signed up for RMH, but there just weren't enough rooms there to accomodate families of sick children. We never got in, and had to travel back and forth the whole time. Luckily she was only there a short time and it wasn't hard for us to commute. Other families aren't so lucky and have a lot of out of pocket expenses.
