I propose that anyone over the age of 30 that has sexual contact with anyone under the age of 17 should be tatooed across the forhead, and also be forced to have a sign in thier yard and on any vehicle which they drive or ride in. For life! In case you are wondering, the age difference is to protect the 20 year old and 15 year old who fall in love. Or the kid 6 months from thier birthday who dates a kid 6 months past thier birthday. Oh, and any adult who has sex with any person under the age of 14 should be nuetered. Not chemical catration, just cut the dang thing off and feed it to the dogs. (cant figure out the female version of this but what ever works for that). So, how many votes can I get for this? Any chance we can get this on the ballot?
