River Rat. I was looking at a boat there about the time that happened. I really hate being that close to that heck hole. It is a scary place even in broad daylight. Your concerns are certainly well founded.

My husband works at a warehouse that backs up to that property. He heard the gun shot yesterday. They have bullet holes in their building from those crazy folks. I worry everyday that one of the employees might get hit with flying bullets from Oakwood Terrace.
