This news breaks my heart as Glen and I spent many tough days on diving missions for the Army. He was always a team leader and usually one of the first to "saddle up" when the mission was going to be a bad one. Glen always went into the fray with a smile and a helping hand.
The Army Divers are just getting ready for their next Army Diver's Reunion and I was going to contact you and Glen in the next few months to attend.
My prayers go out to you Sharron and all of your family. His friendship, strength, honesty, and humor will always be how I remember Glen. Please contact me through the website if you need anything from the Army diving community.

I AM VERY SORRY TO HEAR THAT MR.GLEN HAS PASSED.HE WAS A VERY GOOD MAN ,HONEST AND STRONG. HE HAD OVERCOME SO MANY THINGS IN HIS LIFE. I WAS ABOUT 4 YEARS OLD WHEN I MET HIM THROUGH SOME BUSINESS DEALINGS HE HAD WITH MY GRADFATHER. SINCE THAT DAY HE ALWAYS MADE IT A POINT TO SAY HELLO AND SHAKE HANDS WHENEVER HE SAW ME OR MY BROTHERS. MY HEART GOES OUT TO HIS FAMILY.

Sharron, and Children. So sorry to hear news of Glenn's death. Our thoughts and prayers go with you all.
I called Glenn a few years ago, because I found through Genealogy that I'm related to Glenn and Grady. Funny isn't it? That I came all the way from Ga. where my Milstead family ( Emily Milstead who married Moses Brown Sr., my 'Deborah' 5th Great grandmother came from, only to go to church with and become a friend to my cousin Glenn and his family. I always thought that was wonderful.
God Bless all of you with peace, and wonderful memories of Glenn.
