There are leaks on water lines. Old pipes rust out. Water pumps need parts and repairs—seems to me they have done real well —-not having an increase since 1995. “Gotta” give them a thumbs up for this one.

Let’s see if the council can conduct another vote. This time, they need to vote to have the ECAT bus riders pay the water rate increase for Century, and see how the shoe fits when it’s on the other foot. Ahem.

WOWW! I wish I could get a 10% raise in my pay check over night!!!!! Are you sure this is necessary? Thats a big increase. Lot of people in the Century area on fixed incomes. Just saying.
