Come up to the state line area and see how many fl. residents go to Al. and get their tag, using some ones address or own a piece of property in al. They do not have the insurance in Al that they have to in Fl. Their is about as many al. tags coming to the schools in the north end as they are Fl tags. Are they paying school taxes?
