Gun control needs to begin on the streets not at the counter. Just like the recent school shooting he stole those guns from his mother. Get illegal guns off the streets. Are you folks aware that convicted felons can buy a hunting licensce but are not supposed to own guns. I understand that there is bow season but I would bet that if they really checked they would find that most convicted felons that have a hunting license own a gun. I would say that most of us that go to the counter and get a permit to have a legal weapon never plan on shooting anyone. I bet the gun was illegal and I would be surprised if they ever catch the bad guys. Not enough time. This guy was really lucky it was just his finger.
