The sentence needs to include hard labor…make him earn those 3 meals a day, free health care, cable tv and every other amenity none of them in prison deserve..

Anyone who says this is too long for what he did needs to look at his record. Everyone of those “encounters” with the law were his choice, and a warning to him of what might happen if he continued on this path. He chose to continue robbing and carrying a firearm. Judge Bergosh just protected every one of this career criminal’s potential victims. He was carrying a gun and threatening – it was only a matter of time (probably a short time) until he used it on someone. Thanks, Judge, for doing the right thing!
