Bad on both counts. The guy for either not paying or even picking up a prostitute, and for the girl.

Lesson on both sides. You should be able to pay for what your asking for, and she should protect her self.

Wonder what would have happened if she would have gone after the family jewels as payment?

Nothing said the only evidence the jury considered was that of the lady.

They probably didn’t even tell the jury of his many previous convictions.

I doubt prostitutes are above lying.

Rape is rape regardless! She said no, so no it is. Pretty much an open and shut case as the judge proved. Even if she was a postitute, she did NOT deserve to be violated.

If he would have just paid her, maybe he could have avoided jail a little bit longer. Everyone wants to be compensated for the “work” that they provide. Nobody wants to be robbed…even prostitutes.
