Now that the trial is over and he has been convicted of murdering he’s very small woman and him being a very large man it just shows that even the Mika is my oldest person can have a Darkside. The recordings in the courtroom where he also talking about popping a crackhead in the head with his gun just shows what kind of beast this man is he’s is not a good person and will not be on the streets anytime soon there will be no chance for parole or probation he will have to serve his 18 years. With that being said he is now proven guilty without a shadow of a doubt so everybody that stuck up for him and told everybody else that it couldn’t be this man that murdered a 4 foot 10 100 pound woman. How do you like it now the truth has set him free rotten piece you son of a bitch. And everybody who thinks he still innocent talk to his wife she knows the truth

Krystal was a loving mother, sister,daughter and cousin. Her little girl reminds our family so much of her, and sadly she will never know what we mean by ” how much she reminds us of her”. At 5 years old she told me mommys in heaven with grandma. Justice will be served eventually.

He did not tell his family he had been called in several times for questioning…because that would be an outright LIE. You have him confused with someone else not being mentioned.

I hope he gets what he deserves. This is a long time coming for my sister. He took her away from her ONLY DAUGHTER at 3years old. I have known since she died he was a suspect. So finally justice is being served. Glad all the EVIDENCE Is there because he is going to have to pay for what he did. RIP Krystil.

He is innocent. The facts speak for themselves. Or actually, you haven’t been given any, so you wouldn’t know that. Law enforcement leaving out the truth of what happend 5 years ago and adding and TAKING AWAY major details. I wouldn’t be so quick to think some hero came forward…what would be in it for them 5 years later is the real question.why didn’t they come forward 5 years ago? Was someone else there? Why haven’t they been mentioned? Why would law enforcement leave that out? And if not, how in the hell else would they develop information 5 years later?..this man has no violent record, practically no record at at all aside a dui.never been in so much as a fight, he doesn’t even hold grudges against people. This man is a father, a husband, a friend to many.anyone who has EVER known him will tell you how honest, soft hearted, and incapable of harming another person, much less a woman….I mean, yes people do crazy things every day.. but this man… He’s as good as they come. I can’t believe the yavapai co.sherrifs office would go awaken this tragedy that took place based on..well based on what exactly? And put out news releases nationwide on something that is still ongoing?what they have told you and what they have not,That’s the question you should all be asking, not letting them spoon feed you whatever they want and believing it. Anyone involved should already know that the story they’re putting out is full of mistakes and things left out. No matter which side you fall on.So just because they put a face to this terrible hurt, you are going to take whatever they throw at you as fact? You took their word once already, now they change it and you’re so quick to take it again…what happens if they change it again? ! Guess I’m the only one who has lost my faith in the “protect and serve” job they tell you they do. To me it seems more like they ruin lives and don’t even watch where the pieces fall. Innocent until PROVEN guilty? Not hardly.

Put up red flags if you think they are warranted but as to not letting citizens travel without being charged, what would happen if someone decided they suspected you? You haven’t done anything wrong but they are just suspicious. You wouldn’t like it if they told you you couldn’t go where you wanted. It might even get you fired if you couldn’t travel as your job required. It would definitely be a loss of freedom without proof.
