Ernest Ward yes– checkouts after 12 pm in the library. Must be on the “blue card”. Bratt — not sure, but probably not.. The parade starts on the Bratt campus and loops around the back of the school with all the kids outside to watch it. So all the Bratt students get to see the parade.
