This guy was an inmate at CENCI not long ago. He displayed the same behavioral patterns he displayed in his interactions with law enforcement. As long as he is getting what he believes he want, he cooperates, but the second he thinks somebody doesn’t believe him, he becomes beligerent and uncooperative. This guy never changes. Well, I suppose he is coming back to prison.
