the reason why the child was placed in a foster home is becasue both of her parents which is my aunt and uncle were in jail for serious crimes, and havent had custiody of them since they were born

Is this really all he got? I just read on here that a man got 12 years for trying to run over a deputy,but a he only gets 10 years for fathering a baby with a baby? Our system is messed up!!!!!!

Yep, sure do.

Given the statement that anyone might abuse children, the parents have the moral obligation to look after the safety of their children, not just say, “Oh, he’s with …..”

Did they do it on purpose? Probably not.
Should parents be watchful? YES.

Should we just say, “Oh, well those things happen, nobody could have imagined it?” No, we’re already imagining it.

Take precautions. Be especially suspicious of anyone who wants to be alone with children. They have no good reason to do so. Even if they give you a reason, it is not a good reason.

Mom said, “both parents where in jail at the time she was living at the home of this guy the state put her in this house with him”

The state worker that placed this child and was responsible for the follow-up needs to be jailed.
