So much for the use of your own property. They make you jump through hoops in Escambia to apply for a variance. A 3 ft. hight fence will not keep a big dog inside. The real estate folks must be part of this and probably law enforcement would prefer you not to have a high fence. There are businesses all around us but we still have to apply.

shocking that these guys want to control what you do on your own property. If crime wasnt so bad, they wouldn’t need the fences! If places were clean, people wouldnt have to build fences to keep it out of sight!

Government in your business: the logic is that if you have a fence, you must be hiding some criminal activity of some sort. Privacy is a criminal offense to some. Busybodies need to find a new place to live other than Century.
