The Defendants have a right to a continuance, especially if it's the first time they asked for one. The Judge would not be upholding the law if she denied their continuance due to her personal feelings based upon media reports, which are neither judicial facts, nor evidence. These guys (and all Defendants) are supposed to be presumed innocent until the evidence shows otherwise. The continuance is just. Why’s that Terri?
