Sandra was my first cousins wife. I pray for him to find comfort during this tragic time. I'm still in shock knowing Billy could have done this, we were all raised together and I just can't imagine how anyone can take another life. He was raised to have respect and certainly morals. I have known him all my life and I just can't believe this has happened. His dad is my first cousin and I'm so sad for our family. What was he thinking......my heart goes out to our Walker family.
