In the past most of the cases were solved and prosecuted successfully due to non stop, diligent police work and a state attorney's office with a backbone.....not because of citizen's cooperation! If you got any cooperation, it was just a nice surprise and you still couldn't base your whole case on it! The current sheriff just wants to use people not cooperating as another excuse, just like how he thinks cleaning up the trash in a neighborhood (code enforcement's job) will lower the crime rate and cause the dirtbags to want to be good citizens. Another sure tell sign of his inexperience when it comes to leading our sheriff's office! They’ve never snitched on each other, that’s nothing new!
