Flim Flam's dog & pony show isn't fooling anyone. It's like the Lotto ads that say billions for education while the state, with it's other hand, cuts billions. Now he says he'll spend more on education but it's "tied to what happens to Medicaid", so i guess if the counties continue to fight against the double billing that the Flim Flam man sent us this year; then he can say we're taking away education money.
