Because being one of the largest and brightest colored vehicles on the road, with a strobe light on top, isn’t enough? I think people just need to pay attention to the road. I almost said pay attention to what they’re doing, but most people are doing something other than just driving when they’re behind the wheel. The good thing here is no one was hurt.
And honestly, hwy 97A is not the best place to try to pull a u-turn. Go to the next turn-off and then turn around. Certain times of the day the sun blinds you anyway.
