The fact is that he was not speeding there was a peson who was behind him that stoped and told the police that he was not speed he was going under the speed limit when it happen. The road is at a slant and it is not the first truck to turn over in that spot. It was not his fault.

I believe it wasnt his fault, I just had to stop because a woman was driving down the middle of our two lanes heading south. And the dude behind me screetched to a hault and came an inch from slamming into my back bumper. And totally agree with the way the road is made in that area, even my little car has a little shift in it.

I’m thinking the vehicle impeding traffic was probably doing the 35 mph speed limit. Trucks like this pass me all the time and I’m not doing 35 either. There are plenty of other places in the road that the load could have shifted besides that one. Probably needed to make up some time somewhere – failed on that one.

Something needs to be done about the grade of the road in that section. It is graded in the wrong direction and everything leans to the right. No wonder there are so many accidents there that damages the equipment of the lift station.

I’m truly glad the driver is ok. But how about the peanuts? I hate to see my favorite food get damaged. I love peanuts, roasted, boiled, just not scattered and crushed. Well, since they have a hard shell, maybe they’ll survive. It’s gonna hurt me if they don’t.
