Great Comment Vicki. It was very noticeable. I thought for sure someone from their school would address it but it continued til the very end of the song.

You are correct in your statement. But however when everyone knows what play is about to be run it makes it kind of hard to beat anybody. Our play calling is so predictable. Players and talent can only when so much but when your out coached that another story.

The Chiefs did fight hard during this game, but I wanted to comment on what I saw before the game. I was so proud of Northview’s fans, players, and cheerleaders. While our opponent’s band was playing the “Star Spangled Banner,” hundreds of Dolphins fans were forming their spirit line on the field and continued talking and laughing throughout the entire playing of the song. The Chiefs’ stands were stoic and showed great reverence (at attention), facing the flags, but the kids forming the spirit line (approximately 200 or so) did not stop their talking and laughing at all. The Gulf Breeze football team and their fans in the stands were very respectable during the National Anthem, however.

It is some tough nights when you play the big schools. Proud of all the players, they fought hard and better times are on the way. GO CHIEFS!!!
