I taught this young man, he is a good kid from a good family. There HAS to be more to this story. I am deeply saddened by this whole situation. My heart breaks for the whole Shabazz family. I am praying for ya’ll.

@ Joe..No need for a reality check here..been there/done it…I was arrested in 05 & @ 1st I had a $2,000.00 bond..then it was raised to $10,000.00. I wasnt getting out on the lower bond so I sat & waited to go to court(45 days) ALL I WAS STATING WAS..I didnt get it not that he doesnt deserve what he has coming to him..Hopefully!!!

I hope they should keep him in there for at least the next 20 Years . Shooting into a house and having Cocaine on him . I dont think anyone will miss him .

Attempted murder or homicide, particularly three counts, is much more than a “no-no.”. Sneaking some cookies after supper at six years old is a no-no. Trying to kill someone at age 19 is evil.

Abe and Mary you both need a reality check. 99% of people who are arrested plea not guilty initially. Does that mean if you plea not guilty you should automatically be released from jail? I think not. His bond was raised just in case if he came up with $4100.00 for his bond, that 10% of what a bondsman requires to get him out. So if it’s increased that means he would have to come up with more money which could make it harder for him to get out. This guy who looks like a woman shot at an occupied resident over $6.00 and really didn’t care if he hit someone inside. He deserves a million dollar bond if I had anything to do with it. Let him sit in jail and rot.

I dont get this one! He already had a BOND & no one bailed him out..so why increase it? He is only 19 yrs old….unless his juvenile records are bad but then I thought that those records arent suppose to be taken into consideration. Although he did do some major NO NOs on that day..dunno just dont get this

Her account of the story, doesn’t make sense….I’m glad she is okay, though.
