They are deserving of their 10% approval rating when through their total inaction these types of programs seep from the executive branch. In the absence of a working congressional branch, the executive branch is emboldened to do just about anything they choose. Where is our congress and senate, why no opposition? Oh yes, running for reelection, no time to do the job for which they were elected. In Nov, will the candidate for which you will cast your vote be upfront and get back to work? Walls may keep people out, but they're better at locking you in. My advice, keep hounding your elected officials, from county gov't to federal gov't, to do what you feel needs to be done. When they do not respond to your demands, fire them by voting them out. Remember, we are their bosses, they are our employees paid by our tax dollars. We've lost more jobs and tax revenue to China than anyone can imagine due to companies like Bain Capital of Mr. Romney. They move in, loot the coffers, shutter the place and have the same product made in China for a fraction of the cost. On top of that they then hide the money in offshore accounts to keep from paying US taxes.
