What has this world come too that we put the good guy’s on trial for doing their job… Law informent are human beings also and can make an innocent mistake. Geoffrey is defently one of the good guys. A hardworking family man just trying to make a living. To me it is so sad that the creminals have more rights than the ones trying to protect us from the bad guys. I think that is why the world is in the shape it is in. Hang in there Geoffrey you’ve got a neighbor and friend praying for you… God bless you and your beautiful family…

When you are driving by GPS, the first thing you have to enter is a zip code or a city. If you choose a zip code, then you have to verify the city/town name. This is a bogus defense and he knows it.

wow,is all i can say.first the defense was he didnot know where the state line was and now gps showed he was still in alabama but it took almost year to for the gps to be mentioned.

LOL. I guess he didnt think we here in FL would mind him coming over to our side and making an arrest. And on such a petty warrant. And being that he was Chief of Floamaton PD, I dont believe for one second that he ‘did not know’ he wasnt in AL. That is a bunch of bull and everyone knows it. Just another example of someone abusing their power.

Mr. McGraw should have known where the Alabama/Florida line was, but policeman do a dangerous job and most of the time the public doesn’t appreciate that they put their lives on the line every day. They never know what they are fixing to go into when they get a call so Thank a policeman from time to time for their job defending and protecting us.
