Ruth Harrell is one of the most proactive child advocates in the State of Alabama. She is a retired nurse who continues to use her vast experience, skills and knowledge for the improvement of our community. Today she will chair the Coalition for a Healthier Escambia County (CHEC) at the Atmore Hospital at noon, which is also open to the public. To know her is to love her. Thanks Miss Ruth!
