I knew Direct would come thru for its’ customers !I have called them twice and even written to CEO of the company.
They are great!
Yes, you can bet the bills will go up AFTER this or next months’s bill is pro-rated.
Again thanks Mr Derect Chang and rest of CEO board for coming thru for their customers !!!

LEO GUY: I definitely agree with you! We have done it all and Directv is the best! We have had it for 13 years, since it first became popular. This is the first time that we have had an interruption in service of any kind. Service has always been exemplary as far as I am concerned. I commend the company for sticking to their guns and standing up for their customers. Unless they give me a very good reason, I will keep Directv.

I am a DirectTV customer and I also recieved a credit on my bill and free movie channels! I didn’t have to call DirectTV they called me!

You get what you pay for. Go try cable or the Dish Network and see how long before you come back to DirecTV, but hey keep looking for that perfect world. Been there done that. I’ll stick to DirectTV. :-/

Call DirecTV and complain. They gave us $10 off our next bill and free movie channels for 6 months. Pretty good for someone who never watched any of those channels anyway.

I am just not going to pay them for the several days without the viacom channels as that is what I signed up for. It is getting ridiculous that every other month there is always a dispute with DTV and some other channel company. We are the ones that suffer and I am sick of it. As soon as U verse is available in my area, its going to be on at my place.
