I really loved Jack FM. I loved that it wasn’t all poppy 80s it was the Rock Part of it. I miss it!

What I miss is when they took the oldies station off. I believe it was 107.3. I love the 60’s and 70’s music. Maybe one day it will come back. Until then, I will have to enjoy 94.5 in Phoenix, AZ when we are there for the Winter.

K-Love is a good station if you would take the time to see what it is about. It has all types of christian music, new music! I hope that the reception is better for k-love, because 98.3 did not come in that good here in Atmore.

Now if you really want to hear some great music, listen to Catt Sirten’s “Sunday Jazz Brunch” on 92.1 FM Sundays 8:00 till 2:00. So much better than the crap they call jazz on 99.9.

Great, just when I halfway figured out the last change! It’s sad that radio is not a profitable as it once was, which is why we get all these preprogrammed radio shows and music.

I miss the days of live disc jockeys playing what they wanted. (of course within reason of their station’s format)

Oh well, at least the newest pop music will be back at 97.5 where it belongs.

What this area is lacking is a good 80’s station. I sure do miss “the Jack FM”.
