I was not jumpimg on David ,im just very disapointed with the investigations that follow behind these deaths, its like most folks in Brewton could prob. tell you the same story i have, maybe they dont know much but i can sure tell you that it wouldnt take but a few days of questions and we would see an arrest.Theres more to this one than you think,do a lil research you could agree, scared not one bite but just because some folks have a high clas brother or a lawyer for a uncle these things should not get swept under the rug,Remember Ina was a living sole so we owe it to her to follow up and if there is a bad worm in the fruit that the investigators get it out, like i said im aware of who it might be behind this so thats why im a lil harsh to act like this, then again maybe they get a sealed case on the worm this time and his concinous makes him tell alote more of his unsolved crime spree.

That sure looks shallow, you would think they would have used the 100ft + deep lime sinks on Escambia River, above Parker's Island.

I wonder how long it will take them to release the autopsy report so they will find out it this was just an accident or result of a crime so the family can get closure? But according to the article this is still being investigated and looked at as a homicide but only the autopsy will determine which way the investgation will lean towards. I dont think its fair for ya'll to jump all over David for his comment. No he may not be familiar with an unsolved murders in Brewton because he is not from there! But this could have very well been an accident but until the police release more information we wont know. Im so sorry for the familys loss. My husband knew the family well. May God comfort them during this time.

David H. Green,I believe you might not be familiar with some these Brewton unsolved crimes ,again if you were around back when Scotty King was found in the water you would know that man didnt get put in that water by himself,i believe the whole town can agree with that and an investigator on the case personally told me across a table that investigators believed he drove his own car in that water and commited suicide, the whole town though that was a joke.Just saying i bet in a few days your attitude will be different on this case also,we need the best that Grover Smith has on this case,or Grover personally and then it will get solved.Again RIP Ina.

REGARDING:
"nobody arrested for his body in the water, the way I feel is these are someone’s loved ones and they need closure to these things"

It would be bad to arrest and charge someone with a crime when you didn't know a crime had been committed just to give someone else "closure".

It would be bad to charge someone with a crime when you didn't have enough evidence to convince a jury. After all, if you don't have enough evidence, maybe they didn't do it. It is unjust to "just punish someone". Go for the guilty if they exist, not simply someone.

Even if they did do it, no decent jury is going to convict on "maybe he's guilty". That means the person charged would be acquitted and could never be retried even if proof of guilt surfaced later.

David speaking in general,
not regarding this case
wishing consolation to the bereaved
