Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family . I pray that the Lord will surround you all with his love and comfort during this difficult time. It has been many years since I have seen you. But remember all the help you and Kale provided for my sister, Lavonne, after the loss of her husband Steve Purvis and the devasting tornado that destroyed her home in the following months. Even though we are not there in person to provide the comfort for you that you provided for her , please know that we are in prayer everyday asking God to lift you up and strengthen you throughout the days to come.. Kale was a strong man in the Lord as well as your family and as much as he will be greatly missed by your family and community, I know he is in our Father's heavenly home. I watched the children become adults, and establishrd a great friendship that continues today. My sons grew up with a great respect for kale. Anyone who knew him, could not help but to respect and admire his life and what he stood for. It seems that true friends are hard to come by in this world, and now we have lost one more. May God give us grace to continue, and memories to comfort us. I pray for God's love and grace to surround Donna and the family. Donna, if you need me, any help I can provide, I'll be there.
