The firemen are doing an excellent job & should be paid one-half at least, of what a Senator makes. I wonder if the first house had working smoke alarms. I think there should be some regular TV warnings @ keeping smoke alarms active & up to date. Maybe that 11 year old would have not perished if a smoke alarm went off to warn her in time. Porch Fire Dept was on scene also. I just wanted to say thank you to these firefighters that risk injury and life every time they go out on a call. You are all my heroes! It was amazing to watch these guys jump out of their vehicles, grab their gear, get into their gear, some of it as they ran toward danger. These guys are special.
