Another loser off the streets. Those cartels are BAD NEWS. If they start getting AND serving extremely long sentences, it MAY deter some of the smarter ones. The problem is that they all (mostly) think they won't get caught - that they can outsmart the "man". It's been my experience that when the law enforcement or federal marshals pick these guys up, they already know the answers to the questions they ask them. Murder. Yep, most guys do less time for murder than they do for drug convictions, especially if they are 2nd or 3rd time offenders. Crazy. Good. Another loser off the streets. Those cartels are BAD NEWS.
