The DEA & other peace officers can’t wait to ruin young lives..no rehab, no second chance..it’s all @ making money & filling their fancy prisons up. I call it BS.

It’s basic business. The higher dealers “front” the lower guy some product and then get’s paid back after the sales.

I agree that everyone deserves a fair chance. But im sorry, this guy is 20 yrs old. I doubt foster care is an option @mc. I too agree with what you and @ jcellops are saying, but come on….. Do you really think this guy will change? Who will support him and his decisions? surely not his family. Especially seeing as how the whole family is repeat offenders. H
I hope Mr. Nakeetric proves me wrong and does lead a successful life the legal way.

I agree with all the comments including JCELLOPS. When I was 16, I was arrested for burglary and given probation. Since then I had careers in the military and civilian life. Everyone deserves a chance. I don’t know the whole story, but maybe probation and a foster home would save his life. Jail won’t.

perhaps judge bergosh took into consideration the young mans age, that he told the truth, plead no contest, that maybe he had no priors and the striking fact that his mother is such pathetic “a piece of work” as a parent…(and, thats being polite)..ive listened to judge bergosh several times and ive found him to be very insightful, as well as innovative in his sentencing- hes very respectful to each defendant (that ive seen) that comes before him- he conducts short interviews with them about their homelife, whether they graduated from HS, where they work, their children, what they want to be in life, etc…..he seemed to try to avoid blackmarking young defedants with a felony record…..and, at the end he usually gives them some kind of encouraging word…..i like him. .

Drug dealers give out ‘loans’, to be paid back. Also known as a ‘front’. And to only get 180 days jail? I mean, really? You might as well just write him a ticket.

What’s sad is that somewhere out there is a lawmaker criticizing schools for underperforming, yet these young adults had little chance of concentrating on better things in their younger formative years, given the parent’s alleged involvement in the entire operation and lack of guidance to her own children.
