His parents must have had a GOOD sense of humor for sure. I feel like he has something in his life that needs to be addressed. I’m sure he has a family out there somewhre that is looking for him or hurting over all of this. I’m sure all of you are not perfect and have never made mistakes.

Our county is becoming overloaded with sex abusers, sex weirdos, animal abusers, to name a few of our problems, the list of sex preditors in or county is overwelming, and thats just the ones we know about. this is becoming a sick sick population……….taxes are difficult for all of our residents, but somehow I believe it would behoove the citizenry especially our children to find funds to give us a special unit to watch out for predators just like this one.

I saw Mr. JBC driving like a bat out of hell. He is lucky that showing off his manhood didn’t end up with someone dead because he nearly took out quite a few cars (almost me!). I hope the dog bit off what he was so proud of!!!

REGARDING:

I believe he had escalated it to that point when he tried to hit officers. “When he saw the police officers, Collins allegedly almost hit an officer as he sped away —charges that included indecent exposure, fleeing and eluding, and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. ”

They tend to take a dim view on being threatened.
