I feel certain the state legislature will hold an emergency session to make it legal to disregard traffic signals. The world will be a better place for this.

You will notice the one who was charged with firing a missile into a building or vehicle was born in 1959 (Ronald Lee Harrell) and the state decided to not prosecute.

This one is 23 in 2012 (most likely Ronald Wayne Harrell who was born in 1989, thirty years later).

On the other hand, you may have some other source of information and this one may have been involved in that one too.

Mr. Harrell appears to have a pretty decent record in Escambia County. He was charged in 06′ for firing a missile into a dwelling vehicle. The sad part about that one…the court modified his bond conditions, deleting counseling requirements…HHMM! I hope this time, since it all took place in Santa Rosa County, that our justice system holds a much higher standard this go around.

He has more problems now than running a red light. Iam sure his family will say what a nice guy he is and the deputies are picking on him.
