To Deputy ; There is extra keys to this new vehicle that we the taxpayers own at our flooded office, that we the taxpayers paid for, entrusting our officials to oversee proper development. Crap rolls downhill, like water… Mr 5 star is to blame for this happening to my vehicle. Common sense says someone will be designated to secure the area. Now that the inmates have been slightly inconvienenced, you’ll are wanting to let them out. Is this that common sense you’re talking about Deputy??? You’ll dropped the ball….man-up……admit it. See ya at the polls.

@ Molino Girl, I agree that the damage is sad and that many people are hurting now, but in a situation like this one, sometimes all you can do is laugh.

And just because you find something to laugh about, it doesn’t mean that you are unfeeling, just that you found a bright spot in all the darkness.

Reply to Deputy, the comment you are referring to never blamed that officer. It said the Police, which imo means as a whole. I totally agree someone should answer for that SUV being destroyed. It is not like a levy broke and bam it was flooded. Probably what really occurred is when it got noticed by law enforcement it was raining so hard that they didn’t want to get wet, so they assumed it would be ok. Well the picture is proof what assuming can get you. If I was Mr Morgan you can bet your butt someone would have been in my office first thing come this morning to give a reason.

The deputy assigned to that cruiser has been on light duty for the past 3 weeks. The cruiser has been parked there in the S.O. parking lot during that time. Nobody knew it was going to flood like that until after it happened. Before you comment about someone’s common sense, you need to use your own.

Yeah this flooding is sad, but what I really think is sad and really don’t understand is how can the police, knowing that it is flooding, leave a brand new SUV to be destroyed.
