They should publish the names of the person/ persons responciple for releasing these hardened criminals back into society. Then, we could vote them out of office come election time. Better yet, bring criminal charges against them for allowing a threat to society to walk freely among us. It’s time we held our officials feet to the fire and hold them accountable! If we performed our duties no better than they do, we would lose our job!

Sixty years is way to light for him.He should get the death penalty.His victim will pay for his actions the rest of her life,as will the child he fatheres.Our whole system needs to be revamped.Our juducial sysytem is neither just or fair unless you are the criminal.

REGARDING:

Every man had a mother.
Every girl had a father (although many wimpy ones high-tailed it out of there when hearing the news).

The main reason such offenders continue to walk among us is because the Supreme Court said the death penalty was not justified unless offenders killed actual bodies and because so many have the concept of “he paid his debt to society so let him play with your daughter now that he’s out”.

Personally I believe he should be kept in a state of suspended animation in liquid nitrogen until such time as he can be revived as a non-offender (or the machinery breaks).

Considering this verdict it makes me think what that other creep from Barth will get… if no extensive record will he just get a slap on the wrist? Lord I hope not, let him be put away for just as long.

In 1985, Scott was sentenced to 15 years state prison
for sexual battery.

So we already knew this guy had sexual problems and would do what he
wanted when he wanted to whom he may want, yet we let him out and
see what he does. Sexual Preditors can not be FIXED, WHY do we ever
let them out. OH that’s right, they mostly just hurt little girls and it’s still
a mans world .

CONSIDERING:
“Scott was given the enhanced sentence based on his extensive prior record ”

About 27 or 28 individual times with multiple charges, despite much time out of commission at state expense. He DOES seem determined to stay in trouble.
